Kevin Enderle has more than 35 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries with specific emphasis in cross-branded operations and concept development.

As president and creator of BE-1 Concepts LLC, Mr. Enderle owned several concepts that he designed and developed which includes the conception of Sullivan's Steakhouse in Austin Texas (plus digital percents),Timpano Italian Chophouse, Aquaknox and Canonita Taqueria in The Venetian Las Vegas, Ciro’s Speakeasy and Supper Club, Boca kitchen Bar and Market, ABO Atlantic Beer and Oyster Bar, Bizou Brasserie in The Le Méridian Hotel in Tampa (Starwood Property), Steelbach Chophouse and Southern Kitchen, Butcher and BBQ (BnB) Stones Throw Oyster bar and instrumental in the development and launch of Armature Works Food Hall in Tampa and  Clasico Italian Chophouse in Sarasota. This included all aspects of the concepts, including design and trade dress, culinary interpretation, service model and operations.

Prior to BE-1 Concepts, Mr. Enderle was President of operations/owner of E-Brands Restaurants.  In his role, he was instrumental in the growth, development and design of six different and Diverse Brands under his preview, implementing business and operational controls to enhance growth and profit.  Successful brands include Timpano Italian Chophouse, Samba Room, Mignon Steakhouse, AquaKnox Global Seafood and Canonita Taqueria located in the Venetian Hotel and Casino and Fish Bowl Asian Bistro. He has also developed and operated JJ Fin’s Dockside, Remington Steakhouse and was instrumental in the original design and development of the inception of Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Austin Texas when he worked for Lonestar Brands.

Mr. Enderle is a highly respected professional within the restaurant industry and continues to be sought out for consulting and operational solutions.  He resides in Tampa, FL with his wife and two children.

Currently, Mr. Enderle is Founder/President of Main Street Entertainment Group, LLC which owns Clasico Italian Chophouse.
